If your copyrighted work was posted without permission
Send a takedown notice to the operator listed in the app footer. Include:
- Your full name and contact details.
- The work you own (link, description, or copy of original).
- The URL(s) on Judgo where the infringing content appears.
- A statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If your content was taken down and you believe it was a mistake (fair use, license, you own the rights), you can send a counter-notice with the same contact, identifying the removed material, and a sworn statement that the removal was a mistake.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated.
