Send a takedown notice to the operator listed in the app footer. Include:

  1. Your full name and contact details.
  2. The work you own (link, description, or copy of original).
  3. The URL(s) on Judgo where the infringing content appears.
  4. A statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If your content was taken down and you believe it was a mistake (fair use, license, you own the rights), you can send a counter-notice with the same contact, identifying the removed material, and a sworn statement that the removal was a mistake.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated.
