Terms of Service

“Judgo” (“we”, “our”, “the service”) is the website and app at this domain, operated by the project owner. By creating an account or using Judgo you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Judgo account. To view content marked as “NSFW” you must confirm you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow minors to access adult content.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything posted from your account. Pick a unique username — usernames must follow our Community Guidelines and are not allowed to impersonate Judgo staff or contain slurs, sexual or hateful language.

You keep ownership of what you post (text, images, ratings, comments). By posting it you grant Judgo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and distribute it as part of the service, including in feeds, search and shared previews.

Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.

Editing posts: You can edit a post (title and description) within 15 minutes of publishing it. After that window the post is locked to preserve the integrity of judgments and feedback already left by other users. Edits are marked with an "edited" tag visible to everyone.

• No sexual content involving minors. Ever. We report to authorities and ban permanently.
• No real or graphic violence, gore, or self-harm.
• No hate speech, slurs, or content promoting Nazism, terrorism or extremism.
• No harassment, threats, doxxing or non-consensual content.
• No spam, scams, malware, or attempts to break the service.
• No impersonation of other people, brands, or Judgo staff.

We use automated tools (including AI) and human review to moderate content. We may remove posts, restrict accounts, or ban users for violating these Terms or the Community Guidelines, with or without notice.

Content marked as “NSFW” is blurred by default and only shown to users who confirmed they are 18+ and enabled adult content in Settings. See the Adult Content Policy.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Judgo is not responsible for opinions, scores, ratings or feedback users give each other. Treat ratings as opinions, not professional advice.

You can delete your account from Settings at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms.

We may update these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
